1. Hizmetin amacı
Fincelya; kahve falı, tarot, el falı, astroloji, rüya sembolleri ve sohbet özellikleri sunan eğlence ve kişisel farkındalık uygulamasıdır. İçerikler kesin gelecek tahmini veya profesyonel danışmanlık değildir.
2. Hesap ve uygun kullanım
Apple veya Google ile giriş yapabilirsiniz. Hesap güvenliğini korumak ve hizmeti hukuka uygun kullanmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Otomasyonla ödül toplamak, ödeme mekanizmasını aşmak veya başkalarının hesabına erişmek yasaktır.
3. Kullanıcı içeriği ve yapay zekâ
Yüklediğiniz fotoğraf ve metinleri kullanma hakkına sahip olmalısınız. İçerikler istediğiniz özelliği çalıştırmak için işlenir. Yapay zekâ yanıtlarının doğruluğu, kesinliği veya belirli bir sonucun gerçekleşeceği garanti edilmez.

Fincelya is an entertainment and personal-reflection app offering coffee readings, tarot, palm readings, astrology, dream symbols, and chat features. Content is not a certain prediction of the future or professional advice.
2. Account and acceptable use
You may sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for account security and lawful use. Automated reward collection, bypassing payment mechanisms, or accessing another person's account is prohibited.
3. User content and AI
You must have the right to use submitted photos and text. Content is processed to provide the requested feature. We do not guarantee the accuracy or certainty of AI responses or that any stated outcome will occur.
4. Diamonds and purchases
Diamond packs are offered through Apple StoreKit. Price, currency, payment, tax, and refunds are governed by your App Store account and Apple rules. Diamonds only unlock in-app digital content, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside the app.
5. Changes, availability and liability
Features may be updated for security, maintenance, or product development, and service may be temporarily unavailable. Fincelya is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological professional advice.
6. Age limit, privacy and contact

Diamantpakete werden über Apple StoreKit angeboten. Preis, Währung, Zahlung, Steuern und Erstattungen richten sich nach App-Store-Konto und Apple-Regeln. Diamanten ermöglichen nur digitale Inhalte in der App, haben keinen Barwert und sind außerhalb der App nicht übertragbar.
5. Änderungen, Verfügbarkeit und Haftung
